Terms of Image Service
Client Images, Artwork & Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of all artwork, photographs, and other images you submit to me for editing or processing.
I will use your files only as necessary to provide the services you have requested. I will not sell your artwork or images, claim them as my own, license them to others, or use them to train artificial intelligence models.
Submitting an image to me does not transfer copyright or ownership of that image to me.
Unless you have given me permission, I will not use your artwork or images for advertising, portfolio examples, social media, teaching materials, demonstrations, or other promotional purposes.
Client files are stored only for the period reasonably necessary to complete and deliver the work, after which they are removed according to my file-retention practices.
You, the customer, confirm that you own this artwork or have permission to have the image edited.
You understand that additional edits made or services provided by Sonia and/or her team can be quoted separately upon request.
You understand that unsuitable files may be declined. If that happens, you can submit a replacement image or cancel that portion of your order.
You understand that exact colour matching cannot be guaranteed without the original artwork in person and because screens vary. Every reasonable effort will be made to achieve accurate colour.
I understand that completed files will be available for 90 days and that I am responsible for downloading and backing them up. Paid long-term archiving is available separately.
I understand that only the number of images included in my purchase will be processed. Any extras will be left unprocessed.
I understand that my artwork and files will be kept private and will not be shared or used outside this service without my permission.
