Image Quality Checklist

If you haven’t already, arrange for your art to be scanned or photographed. A phone is ‘okay’ but not the best for quality of detail. You can get some guidance on which is best for your art here.

• Quality-check your image before sending:

  • Lighting: even across the surface—no hotspots—and not too bright or too dark over all.

  • Image size: a minimum of 3000 px on the longest side.

  • Not blurry! Details should be easy to see, especially if there is a lot of texture and/or fine details in the artwork.
