I’ve heard from many who were confused by digital image tech talk, like image resolution, image sizes, file sizes, and colour profiles. If you’re one of them, then a) you’re not the only one! And b) you’re in the right place!
I created this course first because every artist needs this foundational knowledge. It’s important to understand and communicate clearly when working with services they pay for. No more wasting money on bad prints, marketing, or application results. I designed this course to eliminate confusion and empower fellow fine artists to control the quality of their art presentations.
This is a course and reference guide. You can track your progress as you go through or quickly look up information even while speaking with a service you want to hire. (My app is super handy for this scenario!)

Artist, coach, and cheerleader for fellow artisans. As I began my own journey into becoming a fine artist, I found it incredibly challenging to obtain a professional-quality digital image of my artwork.
I was shocked at how difficult I found it because I come from over 30 years of working with images as a graphic designer and fine artist.
