After you’ve made your purchase, you will be sent an email with the subject, “Your Master Image Order — Start here...” In that you’ll find a link to the form where you can complete the registration and upload your image(s).
So, here’s next step right now:
Find the best possible image of your fine art. [click here for some tips]
Arrange for your art to be scanned or photographed. A phone is ‘okay’ but not the best for quality of detail. You can get some guidance on which is best for your art here.
Quality-check your image before sending:
Lighting: even across the surface—no hotspots—and not too bright or too dark over all.
Image size: a minimum of 3000 px on the longest side.
You fill out a contact form and upload your image(s). You’ll be sent an email after the purchase has been completed. When you submit, you will be able to upload the image(s).
I take a look at the image(s).
If I find the quality is not good enough (see below for instructions), I’ll let you know by email so you can upload another one or you can cancel the order.
If the image is good, I proceed: Allow me up to 2 business days to do the work. (it’s usually a lot less.)
When the job is done:
I will send you a link to the files. I’ll send you an email that contains the links to the various files.

Editable version: PSD (Photoshop file) and AF (Affinity by Canva)

WEBP—a smaller file size, so it’s best to use it whenever possible.
JPG—larger, so only use when WEBP is not possible.
